For the Sales Training Leader
Thirty to 60 days following a Negotiate4Profit workshop, we hold a conference call with workshop attendees, sales managers and leaders. Our instructors use that call to discuss real negotiation successes and challenges that participants have experienced since the workshop. We offer practical coaching on these specific issues.
For Sales Managers and Leaders
It's vital for sales managers and leaders to reinforce the skills they acquire during the Negotiate4Profit workshop. That's why we've developed a half-day course that helps them foster behavioral changes in their sales professionals.
For the Sales Professional
In many sales training programs, once the workshop is over, that's it. For Negotiate4Profit attendees, the learning transcends the classroom. At our knowledge center, Yu-Konnect, learners can revisit the process, tools and techniques learned at their workshops.
Every Yu-Konnect member also receives a subscription to Yukon Nuggets, our bimonthly email newsletter created especially for workshop attendees. Yukon Nuggets provides negotiating tips and a Q&A as well as real stories from other attendees.
